Shipping Policy
At Construction Coffee Co., we run a tight ship—but a real one, not a warehouse with robots and conveyor belts. Every order is built by hand, printed by real people, and packed up with actual coffee-stained hands. Here’s what you need to know about how and when your gear ships:

Order Processing Time

  • Most of our products—especially apparel and merch—are made to order. That means we order the blanks and print the designs fresh after your order comes in.

  • Because of this, please allow 7 to 14 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

  • In some cases (like during sales, holidays, or supply shortages), processing may take a little longer. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated if delays happen.

Shipping Time

  • Once your order is packed up and ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after leaving our hands.

  • Construction Coffee Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once your package is in transit.

Combined Shipments

  • If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately depending on stock availability and production times.

  • Don't panic if part of your order arrives first—the rest is on the way.

International Orders

  • We do ship internationally, but delivery times are unpredictable based on customs and country-specific issues.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once your package leaves our shop, we can't control how the carriers handle it.

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.

  • If you still need help after contacting the carrier, email us at info@constructioncoffeeco.com and we’ll do our best to help you sort it out.
