Return & Refund Policy

We’re not Amazon, and we sure as hell aren’t a department store — so let’s set the record straight on how we handle returns, refunds, and all the mess in between.


Coffee Products and Molar Mortar– No Returns, No Exchanges (With One Exception)

Coffee and Molar Mortar is a perishable product, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges — no matter how strong, bold, or beautiful it smells.

The only exception:
If your order shows up damaged — ripped bags, busted seals, coffee explosion in the box, broken jar, or anything like that — we’ll make it right.

Important:
Do not ship anything back until you receive an email with return instructions and a shipping address from us. Anything sent without approval will not be processed.

To request a refund for damaged coffee:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Include in your email:

    • Subject line: Return

    • Your order number

    • Clear, dated photos of the damage

Email it all to support@constructioncoffee.co.
Once we verify the damage, we’ll issue a refund for the affected item.
No exchanges, no replacements — just a straight refund.


Apparel & Merch – Returns Allowed (With Strict Conditions)

Ordered the wrong size? Changed your mind? No problem — as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and still looks brand new.

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Anything after that? You’re stuck with it.
All orders are custom and produced as they come in — any returns end up on our shelf or get donated.

Important:
Do not ship anything back until you receive an email with return approval and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Important Fine Print

  • You cover return shipping. We’re a small biz — no free labels here. Use a trackable method so it doesn’t vanish.

  • No refunds on worn, stained, or damaged gear. If it smells like sweat, smoke, or sawdust — keep it.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and approve the return.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns if your request is sketchy or violates this policy.

  • No returns on international orders — period.
    Check sizing charts carefully or reach out with questions before ordering.
    Once it crosses the border, it's yours.

  • No returns on sale items, stickers, hats, accessories, or Mouth Mortar.
    All sales on those are final. No exceptions.
